Founded in 2009, Apex Capital Holdings, LLC (“Apex”) is a multi-manager family office and the principal
investment platform for Co-Founders and Managing Partners Larry Chachkes and Adam E. Gordon. Apex
invests across public and private markets with a multi-strategy approach, combining discretionary and
systematic strategies.
The firm’s team includes portfolio managers, traders, and analysts, supported by a dedicated quantitative
algorithmic division that develops proprietary models. Apex’s culture emphasizes attracting and developing top

Apex is constantly seeking experienced portfolio managers and traders with a proven track record. Performance results of at least 2 years is required.
• TRAINING PROGRAM •
The Apex training program is an important facet of our business. We believe in investing the time and capital necessary to develop the appropriate skill set to succeed as an investment professional. Trainees are assigned to an experienced trader and taught how to generate ideas, execute trades, and manage risk. The training program is typically 12 to 18 months and will prepare the junior trader to manage an allocation of capital. During the program, the trainee will be provided with a competitive compensation package.

is a hedge fund seeded with anchor investments from the two principals.
Vector Technologies LLC (getvec.com) co-founded by Larry Chachkes and Adam E. Gordon born out of a
proprietary software solution developed in-house at Apex. Vector automates pre-market workflow, idea
generation, and algorithmic position sizing.
